When I was blond I used cork my M.A.C, and use their angled brush to apply it. My sister is a blond and uses it too!

Nuance brow kit in blond, it has the powder to shade in the brows a gel a, a highlighter and a mirror I use the brown color and I love it, its great but you can only get it at the cvs store.
