My concealer is melting?

I do not use heavy makeup, I only use different types of concealer (green, purple and normal) but the problem is when its quite warm throughout the day, it seems to melt (not sure if it does) but when I touch it it comes off on my fingers and looks shiny!

How can I fix this?

Set it with face powder or translucent powder.

When I apply concealer on anybody I set it with face powder. But before just brushing on powder I apply a good amount of powder to the area and let it sit for about 3 min. This is called "cooking". After 3 mins I brush the excess powder and voila, you have a concealer set and ready to go
