I use Anastasia Brow Fix, brow duo powder and just a Sephora small flat angled brush for my brows. And they are pretty cute but not as strong as I am wanting them! Any suggestions of products or tips? I trace along the top and bottom first with the lighter color then fill in with the lighter color then add the darker color underneath and pull it out at the end of my brow.

If you want to look into something bolder, try illamasqua's brow cake w/ sealing gel, or use the MUFE brow correcting cream. =]

Seriously thinking about tatooing eye brows. Any suggestions? I heard about "feathering?"

I know someone who had their eyebrows tatooed and she really regrets it because she now wants to change her hair colour but cant as her eyebrows are way too dark to pull off blonde. :/ disaster

What is feathering?!

Feathering is tatooing that really looks like real hairs.

Oh! I just need to quit catering to mine and letting them grow thicker. I love the thick look! BUT there is a limit, when your eyebrow connects to your hair line then you gotta get a hold of that lol!

I have the worst brows. I can never find a product that I think looks real up close. Sigh. And my brows are kind of a medium blond but my natural hair on my head is almost black so it looks strange. I recently died my hair red and now I am filling in my brows with a brown elf pencil with the highlighter and brow color, and then go over it with a light coat of red lip liner to make it match my hair. It looks great from 2 or more feet away but up close in the mirror it looks horrible so I am also looking for a better way to do my brows....

I've been seriously thinking about feathering. I love my eyebrow shape but my hairs are just so sparse and I have a scar on one of them. I want defined eyebrows with out make up! If I did it, I would get it done in my natural hair color though.. dark ashy blonde or brown. definitely not red.

I am really trying to let my eyebrows grow a bit longer. I usually go about 3-4 months in between grooming so they are always thick but I am getting married next year and want my natural eyebrows bold and thick so I am going to TRY ( keyword being try ...) to let my eyebrows go for 6 months to a year and then go and have them shaped and cleaned! Honestly, leaving them alone is probably the best thing you can do to let them grow but it becomes so frustrating!! uggh I will let you know how it goes for me lol

^i did this when the thicker brow came back into trend... (never thought mine were that thin and sparse until I did so!) and it took exactly a year to fill in. There are still tiny spots that need to be filled in, but I'm happy I did so. Your brows should grow back in 6 months w/ extra time to fill in any stubborn sparse holes. Best of luck towards your wedding!

Hi what I do is I get my eyebrows threaded it doesn't hurt after a while and when you get them done they also make them shorter so your hairs aren't too long its really good and cheap and they shape them really nice!

You can spray some medium hold hairspray on to a brow comb/brush and shape the brow after filling them in. It makes them look a lot more natural if you're filling them in more dramatically.
