The Urban Decay Baked Basics Palette! It is incredible, the shadows are so creamy and go on the eye really well, they also are very pigmented and can be used to make hundreds of thousands of different looks! I haven't found another palette that can be used both for day and night, softer and more Intense, and it is hands down my favorite palette. And it is only like 30 or 40 dollars where I live!
