So i have really pale skin and blue eyes but I can never seem to find a good eyeliner that does not cost alot that suits my features on my face. Any suggestions? xoxo

I use the Wet N' Wild Mega Last retractable eye liner in the color blackest black. I'm super pale and I have blue eyes too. If you want a liquid liner, a really good one is the Rimmel London Exaggerate in 100% Black. If it's not the eyeliner in general not suiting your face, it could be how you're applying it. There's so many looks you can choose from when doing eyeliner. What are you doing now?

It really depends on what kind of look you're going for. Rimmel and Nyx have good pencil liners, Maybelline has good gel liner, and Milani makes nice liquid liners.

I guess it depends on your taste. For pencil/kohl liners, Milani Liquif'eye liners are awesome! Very creamy and they have a few different ones. I would suggest the brown one for starters. Prestige carries a wide range of liquid liners, for a drug store that is. Almay has nice liners for every eye color. I wouldn't suggest them for the water line, but they're great for the lash line.

Avon has a neet selection of both liquid, pencil, mineral and gel.Try them and if you dont like any of them you CAN return them and get your money back even AFTER you opened and used them.
