I have some neon colors such as light blue, dark blue, and purple but Im unsure of what eyeshadow look to use with them. I tried some eyeshadow looks that either over did the look and took away from the lips or it looked boring.  Help!!!!!!

Agreeing with Nichole. If lipstick is the focus then neutral eyes.

I wear the same kinds of colors and will go with different ideas-- sometimes its a statement lip with a neutral eye but a liquid eyeliner to give some boldness. Sometimes I go strong lip, neutral eye, colored brow, and sometimes I like to rock a strong matchy matchy situation, fluoro pink/orange eyes, cheeks and orange lips.
