Should I skip toner if I would use Milk of Magnesia?

My face suffers from oiliness a lot (especially when it's that time of the month). I've recently read about Milk of Magnesia and I want to try it. I use pimple-fighting toner after washing my face. Should I skip using it if I would try Milk of Magnesia? Thanks!

no...still use toner. And also, use a good moisturizer at night.
