What can I do so that I minimize or prevent such bad brake outs every time I get my eyebrows threaded. The lady told me I must have extremely sensitive skin, because she has never herd of people braking out from it before. Help please I'm tired of braking out so bad!

Does she touch you while she's treading?

I've heard of people breaking out but maybe not as bad as yours, I think she's right your skin is probably sensitive, you can't change your skin type unfortunately! Use scrubs and creams to get rid of them quickly :)

Maybe now that you have the shape that you want, use tweezers to maintain it instead of getting threaded again?

Though I never get breakouts usually sometimes threading eyebrows results in a few bumps...The best thing that works for me is applying chilled rose water or cool aloe vera gel in the area immediately after threading...It helps to reduce the bumps n redness quickly...

Cut a raw potato and rub on the broken out area. the starch will help. sounds crazy but it works.

Do not scrub that area or use creams. scrubbing will make the skin angry.

I get electrolysis done on my eye brows! It hurts but after a few times, they stop coming back (: use numbing cream before it to help :P.

After you do them put some topical steroid on them, that's what I do to decrease any irritation :)

To me that looks like an allergic reaction. Maybe it's the thread itself that is irritating your skin. Do you have reactions like that with waxing and shaving too?

I have sensitive skin as well and when I went threading I had the same issue so I stopped going to that lady and started at a new place and so far no breakouts, it could be the cotton they use, before this lady threads she puts powder on my face and after she applies aloe Vera gel, maybe that's another reason that I don't breakout anymore
