It looks I like it could be exema I don't know how to spell it but my husbands sister has it and that's how her arms and leg stomach and back looks she has to apply this prescription cream so it won't be bumpy and dry but shell still look red with bumps the bumps will just be soft and not textured I guess.

It might be allergies I know that when they are cutting grass or the fields close to where I live I get a rash and if I'm out side more. Just take alergy meds and don't use perfume lotions, body wash...etc. I've had it before and I just scrubbed it with dove soap and a loofa it should go away soon.

It's called keratosis Pilaris, and it's extremely common and nothing to be worried about at all. Just remember to moisturize and stay hydrates so your skin is healthy.

I agree w Haley w its KP. I have it on my legs. try amlactin lotion and exfoliating. if you use the lotion regularly you'll see a big improvement.

Eczema or KP. I'd see a derm if it doesn't clear up soon. Nothing to fear as both are manageable.
