I would love to know if I should use an eyeliner on my small eyes and what color. I have Brown eyes. I would love to know how to apply eyeshadow also. right now I use All About Eve from Nars and I use Mac paint pot in Painterly. :) which is a natural look for me. I have a Mac eyeshadow in Wedge that I use sometimes. :)
