I just turned 12 yesterday and I never wear makeup. I think your sister should just wait another year and be natural. If she really wants to wear makeup then she should wear mascara and that's all. If she wants more than and under eye concealer (if she needs the coverage) blush on some days and some beige eyeshadow with a white highlight:) Honestly I would just wear mascara

Not at all!! It's kind of ridiculous since she's so young. Makeup isn't the best thing for your skin! I think lip gloss and chapstick is okay. Nothing more...

I say 12 is ok. right before my 13th birthday I wore a tinted moisturizer, light gold eyeshadow, concelear under my eyes, and light mascara. I think 12 is ok but if a kid wants to start wearing makeup early I see nothing against it. as long as no red lipstick and blue eyeshadow is involved I see no harm!

But if you tell her no she will only want too wherit more just simply because you said no give her some skin colors eye shadow or something with LITE shimmer and lipgloss but nothing like red or any thing bright lol give her the clear stuff:-) and then give her some mascara but NO eyeliner because I know littelgirls don't know how to put it on she can't where eye
liner till she's like14 lol:-) but ii hope this helps so don't just strait upsay no give he some to make her feel like she's wherimg makeup but Don't give her any thing drastic

Nooo 11 is WAY too young! Maybe give her some tinted lipbalm or lipgloss to give her a little satisfaction haha but she shouldnt need any real makeup!

Shes 11 the most I wore at eleven wer lip glosses and I felt so cool. I think girls now focus too much on appearance imean your 11 what do you have to be covering. I wasn't allowed to wear make till I turned 15 and till then I just wore eye liner and mascara
