Has anyone used any Neosporin products for acne? If so did they help or make matters worse?

It's great with a bandaid if you have a scab type pimple or one that is drying out.if you picked at one because at that point, it has become a wound. I've always dried acne spots so I'm not sure how it would be effective on regular/new acne.

Tea tree oil is fantastic for drying them up.

It does help but it can clog up your pores as well.

I use toothpaste for my acne and it goes away the next day.

Any antiseptic oil should work. I love tea tree but camphor works too. I'm going to say no to neosporin if you are already broken out it will mostly make it worse. I prefer salicylic acid based gels for acne spot treatment like from clearasil or Murad.
