I just read a review by goss makeup about the deep pore brush head causing acne flair up, does this happen to anyone?? I keep trying to figure out why my skin is different maybe that is it?

Yes, my cheeks broke out in a lot of tiny bumps and tons of redness... I stopped using the brush altogether and it went away.

I use the acne prone brush, I really like it so far. Haven't had any problems.

I found the deep pore brush top be too much for my skin and I am oily/acne prone.

I have combination skin with dry spots around my mouth and semi-oily on my t-zone and I use the deep cleansing brush head and I've never had problems with it. I've never had very acne prone skin though, so maybe it's just something about the bristles?

You should definently not use it every day. Almost like exfoliating and pretty abrasive. You will stretch your pores out.
