I had noticed that when I use the same shampoo and conditioner my hair starts getting kinda yucky.. lol. It gets oily faster and it just feels gross even right after I wash it! So when I read on beautylish about using a bit of baking soda with your shampoo to rid hair of build up, I thought it wouldn't hurt to try it. So I did and OMG!! I'm so happy because it worked!! My hair feels lighter, softer, and full of life. I am suprised that it worked so well. my hair definitely feels different! :)) Haha just thought I would share with anyone who might need a quick fix. xOxo.

Thank you for sharing Ashley, may I ask did you put some directly in the bottle of shampoo & conditioner? How many times a wk should we do this?

I have A LOT of hair so I filled my hand with baking soda and then poured my shampoo on top then washed my hair. I would say use a tablespoon or so. I think I used about 2 tablespoons on myself. I plan on doing it every other week to every 3 weeks :))
