I have the same problem, but a little on my chest too. What I do is use Neutrogena's Body Clear Body Scrub (the orange one). It's a super gentle exfoliant made for body acne. Sometimes I use it to exfoliate my face as well. It's awesome! :)

If you use proactive, it works until you stop using it, and you can't use anything else. Use African black soap every day to wash where you have acne, and moisturize with coconut oil.

Take witch hazel and put it in a spray bottle and just spray it on your back! It cleared my back up!

I have the same problem and I've used a benzoyl peroxide soap that worked great , you might be able to get it at a cvs pharmacy

Witch hazel works wonders for all acne.
