Mine are from fine little ingrown hairs. They aren't razor burn or rash. Make sure your razor is fresh and sharp and you shave in really warm water to help soften the hair and open the pore for easier removal. Use a good oil/lotion/shaving cream. I use the skintimates shaving lotion and it seems to cause me the least amount of irritation out of everything. Also use short little strokes and rinse the blade often. I've never actually tried it myself but guys dry shave and that might me something to consider. Avoid heavily scented lotions as this can actually dry out the skin more and cause extra irritation if sensitive anyway. Best of luck. I pretty much hate shaving because of my sensitive skin. But alas, it is a necessity.

They could be cherry angioma's. They're harmless, but permanent in most cases. A dermatologist can zap them off with either a cauterizer or the pulse-dye laser. I've had many zapped off, and the laser does the best job, but certain ones need to be cauterized.
