Tiffany what brand and how often do you take the zinc supplements? My doctor is suggesting I take solodyn (minocycline) but I'm afraid of taking something that serious when I have bad breakiuts.

I use the target brand it comes in 50 mg which is a dangerous dosage so I take half of it a day and within a week my skin started clearing up from breakouts and it healed faster and also made me hair grow.
