Yes it does! I use it as a toner after I was my face! But I only use it once or twice a week because my skin is so sensitive.

You would be more safe with green grapeseed oil or garlic than onion. Tea tree is also a good bet. If you are close to a lush store buy cosmetic warrior.

I haven't not heard anything about onions, but I did hear something that garlic can help! I would deff google it!
