So is it true that you have to use a makeup remover wipe before you wash with cetaphil because it is so gentle and doesn't remove makeup?! If so which make up remover wipes do you use?

Only if you use heavy eyeliner I find. I just use ponds makeup remover on my eyes first then :)

I use cetaphil and even on the days I wear lots of makeup it still takes it off quite well, you might need to go iver it lightly with makeup remover but you'd have no problem.

I use the cetaphil face wash, I find it doesn't remove all of my makeup especially mascara or eyeliner. I use coconut oil to remove my makeup and then wash my face with cetaphil.
