You need to buy mario badescu products that dries acne. Best product range for acne. Almost reduces pimple overnight!

Alcohol (the rubbing kind) and neosporin. It burns but it will heal it right up! No band aide needed, let the air touch it.

I agree with the tea tree oil. I get cyst on my chin once a month and the oils dryer them out so fast. Once they start to heal I then put a drop on Vitamin E oil to try and prevent scars.

Sounds gross, but if you are trying to cover it, you can create a scab, so to speak, with flour (like you use to bake bread!). It isn't a perfect solution, but it dries it up and you can use the concealer then. You may have to work at color though because it'll be bright white, but around will be red :-\
