Mostly long models with a thing, (long is about 1,65/1,70m dunno how much that is in whatever you use in America) and a thing can be everything, as long as they think it's what they're looking for, and for most agency's you have to be thin, there are agency's who also take size+ models (everything above the regular model)

It depends, some do commercial work which would be posing for adverts/in commercials. They take all kinds of people as long as you have a pretty smile. For more high fashion runway and print work, you have to be between 5'9" & 5'11" and be pretty skinny. They also look at things like bone structure, how clear your skin is, etc. There are exceptions to these, some supermodels may only be 5'7", but they're one in a million. Overall modelling is a pretty tough industry, you will constantly be judged and criticized, and your looks will define you&how well you do in your job.

To be honest, most agencies look for taking all your money! Besides, they see and treat you like an object, I absolutely hated it!! x
