I have really dry lips. They don't peel or anything they just feel dry all the time. And for some reason ever since I go my braces put on a year ago they got even more dry and irritated. Is there any product beside regular Chapstick that can help?

Use a lip scrub to exfoliate the dead skin on your lips because that's what is making it chapped. You can buy lip scrubs at a local drug store or you can make it yourself with honey and sugar- works the exact same. Mix both together and scrub onto your lips... As for a Chapstick, Burt's bees is really moisturizing. Vaseline is also really moisturizing, apply this on your lips every night before bed it makes such a big difference in the morning ( or apply any Chapstick you choose to use)

I've tried lip scrubs before and it just made the problem worse. I even bought like gnarly high end ones thinking those would help. But thanks for the ideas guys I'm going to try Vaseline from now on.💋

Vaseline just seals in moisture, so if you put it on dry lips it won't work as well! you have to put a moisturizing lip balm or butter (or I use coconut oil) and then layer vaseline on it.
