Put a little lotion into a cup and put it in the fridge to make it cold and then apply it on the spot, it will feel amazing.

Aloe Vera. I like the gel you can buy at pretty much any drugstore especially by the brand "Banana Boat"

Oh boy. Sun burns with blisters are really severe! (I've had that before and it is just awful.) Soak a towel in cold milk and let that sit on the burn, repeating when the towel gets warm. It will help the inflammation and the pain. Then, moisturize with aloe (check the ingredients and make sure there is no alcohol). When it peels, don't pick at it. Just keep moisturizing and let it heal on its own.
To prevent this from happening again, make sure you wear a high SPF sunscreen whenever you go outside, and reapply every 90 minutes (or sooner if you are doing sports or swimming). I really like Coppertone Sport spray sunscreen because it is really convenient and inexpensive.
Hope you feel better!
