Use oils it might seem like wierd because you don't want to add more oil but it works

And if you have oily scalp or hair at roots you should try changing your conditioner thats usually the cause.

Who many times a week do you shampoo? If you shampoo everyday you can cause you're scalp to produce to much oil, change to every other day and their is no need to put conditioner on the scalp just mid length and ends will do. Try Moroccan Oil mask it works wonders.Cheers.

Try putting conditioner only on the ends of your hair. I go about 2-3 inches up my hair from the very tips.

I wash my hair every second day, I have fine blonde hair, avoid moisturising products on your roots! Only condition mid lenght and ends, buy specific products for limp, greasy hair

I also have curly hair so it gets dry towards the bottoms so condition only the dry parts
