I used to have the same issue , I bought neutrogena t gel (therapeutic shampoo) & it worked wonders

Also buy a dandruff shampoo and conditioner bc you're not supposed to use the other shampoo often

T gel is meant to be good, try to avoid products other than shamp/con on your scalp may irritate it xx
