Also if you put spoons in the freezer for a minute and then hold them under your eyes it will help with the bags :) I do it in the morning

What honey said and cucumber can help as well I don't use concelar for under eyes because I'm quite young and I do have late nights but I rarely get them but some of my favourite beauty gurus use collection 2000 and they usually know what products are great :)

I use eve pearl salmon concealer, it works well but it's pricey. I use cold cans, I roll them a little to help with the inflammation. low dose antihistamines might help too.

Oh yes and put a corrector on first rhat is salmon coloured. Then use a concealer over the top. This will help so much.

Highlighter under eyes first then concealer and make sure not to line the bottom lid or use mascara on the bottom lid. I personally have genetic darkness under my eyes abd these are the steps I take to cover and reduce attention to my under eyes.

I have the same problem and still haven't figured out how to hide them, lighter concealer just makes it look worse. the gorgeous Wayne Goss has a tutorial on this as a way to just conceal the shadow from the bag making the pretty much disappear. of coarse he does it absolutely flawlessly...I unfortunately do not!
