I do the same treatment every two-four weeks with the T-18 one. My hair is still super soft and shiny. I just do a conditioner mask every time I'm in the shower. (I use purple shampoo so I don't get that brassiness) basically I wash my hair, then put in the conditioner. I'll let that sit while I soap up, shave, rinse, etc. Then I'll finally wash out the conditioner. Makes my hair soft while looking nice and freshly bleached! (Right after I bleach, I don't shampoo my hair, conditioner only)

I bleached it today would it be bad if I use this right after or should I wait a few days because that's what I was going to do was wait because I didn't know if it would damage it if I would use it right away.

First things first, 20 volume developer is not for toning! You have to be careful with the Sally's products...it looks like they call it a toner but it reads "permanent". True toners are used with 10 volume at most and the mildest are mixed with processing liquids. You can tone right after lightening but be careful...if you're not using the proper tones then the freshly porous hair will soak it up heavier in some areas. This will result in seeing too much of whichever tone is in the product. Some people get silver...purple...or bluish hues when it's not used properly!
