You do need to bleach if your hair is black but try using color remover its less harmful

To get the color to stick, I don't think there is anyway not to have to bleach it first. I'm not a professional though, and I do recommend you find a professional and research the heck out of this one. :) Good luck.

You can use L'Or?al hi color highlights in red , you won't have to bleach your hair.

If you have black hair of course you have to bleach it. Also, bleaching and stripping are pretty much the same thing and are about equally damaging. As a professional, I recommend you go see a professional to have this done. I have seen a lot of bleach jobs gone bad from inexperienced people attempting to bleach their own hair. I also got the honor of cutting off all of those people's over processed hair.
