I LOVE Paul Mitchell appliances! I have all of them...except the new iron. Are you talking about the one that lights up? Either way...they last forever! I still have my paul mitchell flat iron from 2007!

I second the Paul Mitchell love! Love their irons, they last forever and do the job perfectly every time! I adore Hot Tools brand for my curling/waving irons. Try their deep waver, giver quick, long lasting true waves. As for product, label M redirection dust and bed head Rockaholic hairspray are my favs for my fine fine limp hair. Nice to see other professionals on the forums :) I've been doing hair and makeup for 13 years now and I love it more n more with each passing year. Best job out there!

Awesome I've heard that Paul Mitchell flat irons are quite good! I'm excited to try the new one. the one problem I have is that I like a 1 inch and not the 1 1/4 inch.(?) I can't remember the exact thing. I have the bablyiss pro titanium. that really skinny small one...and I love but lately I feel its slowly been going down.
