I've ran out of primer and have no money at the moment. Is there anything I can put on my eye to prime my lids? I think I heard of concealor as a primer before but I don't know...

I used a body butter and concealer or foundation before and it worked pretty well.

Yes, concealer can work... If you don't have neither, foundation works as well.

Concealer or cover your lid white pencil and blend it with your fingers.

Agree with nadzhe, concealer and body butter works really good. You need the body butter to have the shadows to cling on to that butteriness, that's what'll bring out the shadow's pigment. :)
