I purchased a foundation at a Mac counter in Macy's last week. I ended up hating it and can't even stand to put it on for 5 minutes, so I would like to return it for store credit. It was $31, so does Mac typically let customers receive store credit? For example, could I exchange the foundation and get a lipstick and an eyeshadow instead (since they are $15 each). Just wondering typically how Mac handles these things.

Yea they give you store credit for the amount of the item your returning.

Or if you have your receipt they will give you this card don't remember the name of it. They will put the amount of the item returned and could be used in Macy's not necessarily at Mac.
