I think you should try brown highlights all through your hair and then you could decide if you wanna dye it all the way and if you like the color.

Ombré would look really cute!! Just make sure you use some type of oil or leave in conditioner on the ends to keep it healthy

I have the same color hair as you and I did a ombre effect to it. I dyed my a red-blonde color and I absolutely love it!
