Oh I have another question that doesn't really apply to the first question.
How can I use my pigments as eyeliner? I know there's this solution that I can buy to do so.. but is there any other way besides the liquid solution?

Sorry can't answer your first question because I have never tried them. But for your second question I know that you can add a few drops of water or Visine to you pigments/shadows & use it as eyeliner. I've done it before and has worked for me (:

I use elf lock n seal. And also hard candy glitter glue...suck for glitter but works awesome on pigments.

I just watched this makeup tutorial on YouTube with this girl using them. She used the neon green to do a winged liner. She drew the wing with a white base then filled it in with the pigment. Totally convinced me to purchase them ASAP.

@ Atiyah Did she use it on top of other eyeshadow? I want to do my eyeshadow with whatever colors, lets say a black smokey with like pink eyeliner? I want it to stand out nice and bright.

I'll link the video. But she used the UD Naked Basics palette on her lid & in her crease but the liner she did with the pigment was her main focus of her eye look.
