I have a skin disease called psoriasis and I've recently came back from holiday to which my patches have turned a white/pink colour, I never get my legs out and occasionally my arms. They are not big patches, just small and all over really. Is there any ways which I can reduce the pigmentation in my skin to actually show some skin, or a way to moisturise and reduce it from scaling quickly?

Yes I get those patches on my upper legs so I completely understand you try Mushatt's No.9 it cured all my psoriasis. I ordered it online from Walgreens just in case you want to get it it's like $20 but it's a lot of ointment so it's a good deal. Hope I was able to help you out 😉

Not sure but search for it on the web and if they don't sell it where you live you can always buy it online and get it shipped to the UK

That's what I did I ordered it online it's easier to find it that way instead of going to like a bunch of stores to find it.

Lol I meant to say that it's easier to find online than at the typical store.

Aww I feel you hun :( I myself have arthritis and I know that psoriasis is also an autoimmunity illness but you should try to scrub olive oil on your legs it actually removes the dead skin as you scrub it ^^ and coconut oil works too :D.

I had been told that works by a friend if mine but I'm still yet to buy the olive oil haha! But thank you Salma k :)

Pure coconut oil on it twice a day. I swear by this. I have been doing this since April and it has cleared up my legs.

My dad has bad psoriasis and he does humria shots ever 2 weeks it clears it right up. Check it out but there are side effects. I found this awhile back it a homemade cream for psoriasis http://www.lovelygreens.com/2012/05/handmade-healing-cream-for-eczema-and.html?m=1.. I've also heard that tanning in a tanning bed helps also.

I have psoriasis. Organic Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is amazing. Olive oil is good as well. Whatever you use...apply it after you lightly towel dry...just following a shower. Skin is most absorbent then. Also, I know it sounds nuts, but.bind the areas you are breaking out in with plastic, cling wrap. It makes a world of difference.
