I used to have this, its awful! but the thing you have to do it use a steroid cream from your local chemist or doctors. They will prescribe you with a tube that you're supposed to use once a day as it is steroids, and try to stay out in the sun more with that area showing, I think it's the vitamin D soaking into your skin that does the trick x hope this helps honey! :) x

Thank you everyone I really appreciate all the comments! My skin is flaring up slightly so I'll give all of these options a try and just hope for the best :)
Kelley D, for some people it really irritates them and painful, but it doesn't at all for me! Just hurts when I shave hahah :(

Steroid creams are in some cases a necessary evil. Cortisone creams in a low dose can be purchased over the counter. You need to be mindful of skin folds when applying any tropicals and bear in mind steroids thin the skin which, for certain peeps, can lead to stretch marks. Your best bet is to consult a derm if natural remedies don't provide relief.
