Ipsy is pretty awesome! I received my first ipsy bag last month and I am so in love. There were 3 full size products and the 4th product was a decent sized sample of a hair product.

Glossy box has international products

Ipsy does a lot of full size products, but you'll often get 'lower end' brands.
Birchbox has a wide variety, a lot of high end products, and some times full sized items.
Beauty Army let's you pick your own but they products aren't anything spectacular and they're pretty small.
Glossybox does a lot of international products.
