For some reason whenever I lay out in the sun and tan my face, it clears up right away, as in the acne goes away. However, I heard that it is bad to tan your face... But then why is it improving my skin so much? Please help.

Its bad because it can cause sun spots and wrinkles :) but if you moisturize and make sure you don't get burned or anything you should be fine.

It will cause wrinkles sun spots and other skin flaws in the future, I especially wear lots of SPF in my moisturizer etc.because I am very pale and my family has a history of cancer and skin cancer so I try to avoid tanning. However, it clears up your skin because it dries up your pimples and I'm fairly sure it can help remove the top layer of skin which can help remove acne when you exfoliate. Hope that helps!

No tan is worth the damage it causes in the long run, large pores, sagging skin, dark spots, even cancer can result!
