I never have break outa, but I'm crazy busy and my stress level has gone up and I THINK THATS WHY IM BREAKING OUT. ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING LOW MAINTENENCE THAT WORKS FAST?,!

If you can't de-stress your life, then take the time to get sleep and do things that bring down adrenaline levels like bubble baths before bed and a walk after dinner. I've had similar problems and the only real answer is to calm down your body first. Sorry I can't really recommend a quick fix! :)
