The Chi Thermal Protectant spray is really good and doesn't make hair greasy like the other ones. Sallys Beauty has a generic version thats just as good and smells amazing.

I love my beyond the zone smooth criminal spray I got from sallys it makes my hair soft and shiny, and it smells amazing. also it doesn't make my hair oily for only 7$ its an amzing product I also use a bunch of their other hair products and love them!!

Think this helped me some too! LOL. I live in HUMID Texas weather also...with curly wavy thick frizzy hair. I straighten it every single day and frizzes and starts waving and curling up 5 mins after I walk outside.
