I am in Canada and Shoppers had some Boots products. Not sure if they do anymore. I'd love to try the eye cream though! I don't have puffiness, but definitely very dark circles and dry under eyes. I have yet to find any eye cream that really helps the dark circles - I've finished so many tubes without any improvement. @Gemma or anyone else - have you found No. 7 or any other line that made a difference?
