I don't know if this might help but I was told you can use lemon juice but I don't know if it works

A sugar or salt scrub...anything that will gently remove the cells.

Hah if its on your ankles shave them. my tan fades when I shave. oh well its a try haha.

I have it for some time and I do shave but it didn't work! @erica because it's only around my ankles. I can't wear shorts or skirts with flats or sandals :'(
