I just recently bought a benzoyl peroxide acne medication cream (kind of like a spot corrector, but for the whole face). should I use it before or after moisturizing?? :/

I personally use it after. I've never been told one way or the other is wrong

I have heard moisturizer goes last but I find that if I use my spot treatment first and let it sit when I put anything else over it, it starts peeling up and/or gets chunky and gross. I use one with salicylic acid, so it may be different because of that. But if that happens I would just put it on after moisturizer. I personally don't think there's a noticeable difference regarding the order, at least not in my case. Try it each way and see what makes your skin look and feel better.

I was also wondering that. I just purchased organic coconut oil and I wanted to start using that as a moisturizer but wasn't sure if I'll be able to use my spot treatment along with the coconut oil? And if so, which to use first? I have been using regular moisturizer BEFORE my benzoyl treatment and it seems to be working just fine but I don't know if putting the treatment on top of the coconut oil would be a good idea :/

You should do toner any spot treatments/eye serums etc.and then moisturize last but be sure to let everything dry for like 15-30 seconds before you do the next step.

@Erin I use maracuja oil or argan oil when I have it on hand regularly and just last night I used only maracuja oil and spot treatment, and I put the oil on first and then the spot treatment and it worked for me. I woke up with most of the little bumps gone so it didn't inhibit the spot treatment from doing it's job so you should be fine doing it in that order I think :)

I use mine before. :) And use a moisturizer after because benzoyl peroxide tends to dry the skin a little..
