Try cocoa butter every night before bed( you can blot so it so it doesn't rub off on your sheets.) But sadly if you have skin like me you scars are going to be there for a long time.

Massage bio oil/coconut oil/vitamin e oil in small circular motions on the scars every night...Depending on how deep they are it takes around 3-6 months to lighten...Also exfoliate the area 2 times a week and keep it moisturized at all times...Lastly you can also consult a derm and enquire about peels or laser treatment.

I would suggest a chemical peeling. I did my first sitting of glycolic acid peel and it has done wonders to my scars. although I need 2 sittings more.
