I've went to a doctor, and he took the measurements for my teeth and created this plastic thing the size of my teeth. This thing comes with a box called Yotuel. It has some tubes that you have to put from them on the plastic thing and then put it into your mouth for 7 hours, that means when you're asleep. In 1 month, you can get the whiteness that you want.:)
