Benzoyl peroxide cleansing products help toooons with any acne, anywhere. scrub with a wash cloth or louffa or whatever and then try a benzoyl peroxide acne control lotion. try 10% benzoyl on the wash and 5-7.5% for the lotion and if it burns, get something with less percentage of it than that.

There is also Clearzit by Dr.Sheffield available at most convenience stores (WalMart, Walgreens, CVS, Dollar General) and it is 10% benzoyl peroxide. its a cream. works magic!
