The best thing to do is exfoliate your arms with a scrub and when in the shower use a loofa on them. As for products, you could try lemon but I think it would be best to see a dermatologist. My sister had that, and they gave her a little bottle of ointment to put on it - gone within 2 weeks! :)

Is it acne or Keratosis Pilaris? KP causes bumps and splotches/redness. If it's KP Dermadoctor has a line of products called KP Duty that will clear it up. Also Amlactin Ultra lotion from the drugstore will help. I suspect it is KP but you should Google it and possibly see a dermatologist if you can't determine if that is what it is.

Aqua Mirabilis from Lush! Use a moisturizing body wash like Mineral Moisture from St Ives on a loofah, rinse, then use the Aqua on problem spots, then pat dry and apply Gold Bond Ultimate Healing with Aloe. Worked wonders for me!
