So my chest is very...uh droopy lol. I want perky breasts , is there any way I can get then perky or make them appear more perky? I wear a 38 C. I wear a push up bra but they are still so droopy :(

Push ups! :)

I mean literally doing push ups, not push up bras :) Push ups and some other chest exercises will help work that area.

Any exercises which target the chest muscles like pushups, bench presses, chest flys etc.will surely help give a perkier appearance!! Boobs are mainly adipose tissue ( fat tissue) so lots of cardio like running, cycling also will help tone them!! gudluck :)

Benching just the bar..on a slight decline will lift that entire area quickly. Weight bars average 45lbs. I'd start slow and with some assisting if you are new to benching.

Ok thanks for the suggestions..and Rachel, sometimes I do wear a bra to bed :/ is that bad?

Why do you do that? I always feel like I'm suffocating by those damn bras.

When you're out and about is when you need a great bra with support. Dr. Oz addressed this and said sleeping in one has no benefits and no negative effects..it's just an unnecessary discomfort.

Sometimes I'm working late on my college work and I fall asleep with it on.

Oh ok haha. I thought you maybe liked the way they feel. If that was so than I needed to know what brand you are wearing, lol.

Lol so do firming creams work? If so, has anyone had any good experiences with them?

Ok thanks Jacqueline :) I'm sure getting measured would make a huge difference. I might be wearing the wrong size

I trust Dr. Oz about as far as I can throw him, and with my tyrannosaurus arms that isn't very far. Always wear a supportive bra, otherwise the ligaments that support the breast tissue stretch and loose their ability to keep the girls up. If sleeping is uncomfortable, wear a wire-free style.

Haha thanks Emily :) so does anyone know some brands of really good supportive bras but in a reasonable price limit?

I love Frederick's of Hollywood for inexpensive, well-made bras. They have bras for less than $20, and they don't look like old granny bras! :)
