Have you done ombre before? Its a fun way of changing your hair color up without completely committing to a solid color. I think red to blonde ombre would look great on you!! Maybe even go a little bit richer on the top!

I would cut it 5cm and leave the color or maybe go darker. DON't ruin your hair with bleeching. I just experienced the same s*ht once again. just stay natural! your pretty;)

The pic that Lynzie posted has a nice hair color that would suit you well. Also, ombre would be a fine option as well. I would throw in some layers while keeping your beautiful length with a "V" shape in the back. =)
