Hey, so I everytime I use eyeliner on my waterline, it smudges. Not cool when you walk out the door looking all fresh and an half hour later you look like a panda...
So.. Do you have any recommendations or advice? :)
I use black and brown on the lower lashline. Also open for coloured eyeliners!

After you finish everything, put a little concealer under your eyes wherever you put eyeliner, and it usually won't smudge.
