Not an avarage 14 year-olds make up. You also have to blend the crease color a little more. :) you do have nice eyes though.

I think it's a little much to wear out and about at your age, but that doesn't mean you can't still play around and practice makeup at home! And I think you did a good job! Maybe keep the outer corner a bit more neutral with taupe or gray? Those would both go well when blended with the blue.

If you keep practicing you'll have flawless makeup by 16 =] I think you did a good job! Idk what young teens wear for makeup these days but if you want to wear it out then go for it. if your worried it's too much then make it more simple

It doesn't look like too much at all, I think it looks very age appropriate. May e blend a tad more, but don't listen to people tell you it's too much, it looks perfect.

Where I'm from, girls started wearing full face at 13.
That color is delightful on you. My only suggestion would be to blend it out and make sure your lashes are curled evenly :)

Looks very nice maybe not for an everyday look though. Remember to slightly fill in your brows to frame your face. Also have fun trying different colors especially since you have blue eyes
